Rob Callaghan
With a career spanning the construction industry, Rob has spent the last 10 years specialising in the energy sector, focusing on Heat Energy Infrastructure.
As Managing Director of one of the largest district heating businesses in the country, he has successfully delivered significant capital projects, including the energy centers at Battersea Power Station and Meridian Water.
Rob’s extensive experience working with multiple end-user clients allows him to provide a unique end-to-end advisory service for the design, build, and commissioning of heat networks. His passions lie in commercialization, pre-construction, and design, driving innovative solutions in every project.

Associate Director
Tharina Conradie
Tharina is an experienced heat network consultant with a strong track record in delivering low-carbon energy solutions across the UK. With a background in business development and strategic project delivery, she specialises in developing commercially viable heat network schemes that balance environmental goals with long-term sustainability.
She has worked with public and private sector clients to navigate the complex technical, commercial, and regulatory challenges of heat network development, from early stage feasibility through to business case and implementation. Known for her pragmatic, collaborative approach, Tharina is passionate about accelerating the transition to net zero through well designed, future proofed energy infrastructure.

Paul McIver
As a senior district energy consultant, Paul has helped structure multiple heat network projects across the UK, including on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Battersea Power Station, Nine Elms and Seaham Garden Village.
He offers a rare blend of legal understanding, commercial foresight, and operational delivery, helping clients achieve value and regulatory readiness from day one.
Whether advising on zoning concessions, ESCo commercial frameworks, or heat network procurement strategy, Paul’s advisory aims to reduce negotiation cycles, legal costs, and compliance risk.

Danielle Oliveira
After graduating with honours from Imperial College Medical School, Danielle’s career journey has been marked by a diverse range of experiences across both the healthcare and finance industries. As a medical doctor, Danielle honed her skills in critical thinking, data analysis, and research, which she later applied in the financial sector as a research analyst.
In her current role as Commercial Analyst at HNDC, Danielle utilises her unique combination of expertise to drive innovative solutions to meet client needs. Her ability to synthesize information from various fields allows her to produce highly detailed and impactful research, with which she is excited to contribute to the development of sustainable heat networks.
