Case Study
Woking Low-Carbon Energy Centre
Developed a new energy centre in Woking to support the town's low-carbon energy needs.
My Role:
As Managing Director of Vital Energi, I was responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of this critical low-carbon infrastructure project.
Challenges:
Designing an energy solution capable of meeting both current and future energy demands while minimizing environmental impact and ensuring long-term resilience.
Solutions:
Under my leadership, the team constructed a state-of-the-art energy centre featuring a low-temperature district heating system and an 11kV electrical network. This infrastructure delivers low-carbon heat and electricity to local buildings, ensuring scalability for future growth.
Results:
The project delivered a resilient and efficient low-carbon energy network, supporting Woking’s energy needs while contributing to the town’s long-term sustainability goals.
